My HP Victus laptop had a broken side hinge body, and Shubham was extremely helpful and supportive from the moment I handed over the laptop to him. He clearly informed me that the repair might take some time, but assured me that he and his team would do their best to fix it properly.

It took around two working days, during which they tried fabrication and explored multiple solutions. Shubham was even ready to replace the entire body just to ensure the best possible service and customer satisfaction.

6 months ago we purchased a second hand Dell Latitude 7420 laptop from our original vendor and recently the battery started draining really fast. The laptop wouldn't last even 10 minutes without being plugged in. I spoke to our original vendor to replace the battery, not only did they quote a higher price but they also would take 3 working days to replace the battery. Also, the battery came with no warranty whatsoever.
