1. Service Overview

IndiRepair offers laptop repair services with free pickup & drop and a 24-hour repair promise* for eligible repairs. Our services are available in select locations, and availability may vary depending on your area and the nature of the repair.

*Please note: The 24-hour repair guarantee does not apply to motherboard repairs and fabrication work, as these may require additional time depending on the complexity and part availability.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information such as your name, address, contact details, and issue description.

     

  • Ensure the laptop is ready for pickup at the scheduled time.

     

  • Provide login credentials if required for testing and diagnostics (optional).

     

  • Remove any sensitive or personal data before handing over the device. We are not responsible for data loss.

     

3. Laptop Password Policy

In some cases, we may require access to the system for testing and repair. You may either:

  • Share your laptop password with us securely, or

     

  • Create a new user account with the following credentials:
    Username: indirepair
    Password: indirepair

     

All credentials are kept confidential and are used strictly for repair purposes.

4. Pickup & Delivery

  • Free pickup and delivery are provided through our official logistics partner, Ease Your Life.

     

  • Any rescheduling must be informed in advance.

     

  • Failure to be available at the time of pickup/drop may lead to delays.

     

5. Repair Timeline

  • Most repairs are completed within 24 hours, depending on the issue and availability of parts.

     

  • Some complex repairs or rare parts may take longer. In such cases, we will inform you in advance.

     

6. Warranty

IndiRepair offers a warranty on repairs, the duration of which may vary depending on the type of service provided.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage

     

  • Water damage

     

  • Mishandling after the repair

     

  • Devices tampered with by unauthorized parties after our service

     

In case of battery replacement, the warranty is void if the battery is found to be swollen, as swelling is typically a sign of misuse, overcharging, or physical impact beyond our control.

7. Payment Terms

  • Payments can be made online or in cash upon delivery.

     

  • Full payment must be made before or at the time of delivery.

     

8. Cancellation & Refunds

  • You may cancel your repair request before the pickup is completed.

     

  • If you choose to cancel after the repair process has started, you may be charged a service fee.

     

  • Refunds are issued only if we are unable to complete the repair or in case of service failure due to our error.

     

9. Limitation of Liability

IndiRepair is not liable for:

  • Data loss due to repair (please back up your data before handing over the laptop).

     

  • Delays caused by third-party suppliers or logistics.

     

  • Damage due to misuse, accidental damage after delivery, or unauthorized repair after our service.

     

10. Changes to Terms

IndiRepair reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the service implies acceptance of the revised terms.
